President

Cindy joined Intermountain in 1987 and has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years.  She has been a licensed multi-line insurance adjuster for over 35 years.  Cindy currently serves as our President.  She provides a depth of knowledge with operation and claims expertise.  Cindy also provides managerial support to our staff and clients.  She has extensive knowledge of third-party claims management, including claim and subrogation investigation, reserving, catastrophic medical and disability management, vocational rehabilitation, settlement evaluation and negotiation, litigation management, excess carrier and Medicare reporting as well as electronic data interchange (EDI).  Cindy has in-depth knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation Laws in our areas of service and maintains strong relationships with the local jurisdictions, medical and legal communities, as well as our clients.  She is a licensed insurance adjuster in Idaho and Oregon.  Cindy graduated from Link’s School of Business in Boise, Idaho and holds the designation of Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) as well as Certified Idaho Workers’ Compensation Specialist, Distinguished Graduate (CIWCS).

Vice President of Property and Casualty

Scott manages property/casualty claims in Northern Idaho, Portland, Oregon, and Yakima, Washington. He has 33 years of adjusting experience with 30 years experience in management, and two years as a specialized housing contractor. He is an experienced multi-line professional with an emphasis in bodily injury, products liability, commercial and residential property, and claims litigation. Scott has catastrophe property adjusting experience and attended Merritt College in California. He has attended many industry seminars and extended education classes. Scott holds an IICRC WRT certification. He has 18 years experience as a certified adjuster for the National Flood Insurance Program. Scott is licensed in Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, Nevada and Oregon.

Vice President of Workers’ Compensation

Craig joined the Portland office of Intermountain Claims in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation Industry.  He is our Vice President of Worker’s Compensation and oversees the claims in all of workers compensation locations. Craig has extensive experience managing all aspects of workers’ compensation claims. He oversees Intermountain’s Section 111 Mandatory Insurer Reporting. Craig also manages jurisdictional and client specific audits to insure that auditable criteria are met. He serves on the Washington Self-Insured Association (WSIA) Board of Directors and is a member of the Liaison Committee. Craig was appointed and currently serves on the Audit Governance Committee, a division of the Washington Department of Labor and Industries. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with minors in Business and History and is a Certified Claims Examiner in Oregon and Washington.

Corporate Treasurer

Ronda joined Intermountain Claims in 1993 and is located in our corporate headquarters in Pocatello, Idaho.  She oversees all corporate accounting operations and heads up our Human Resource team including managing all benefit enrollments and payroll. Ronda has an Associates Degree from Idaho State University.

Corporate Director
Regional Manager

Ryan joined Intermountain Claims in 2007 and specializes in personal and commercial property. As our Utah manager, he provides managerial support, claims expertise, and assistance to our property and casualty staff in Utah. He also has 3 years of experience working with a restoration contractor and was a small business owner for ten years prior to joining the Intermountain team. Ryan attends industry training seminars and classes, is IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certified. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Science and is licensed in Utah and Wyoming. In 2015 Ryan began serving on the UCAA (Utah Claims Adjuster’s Association) Board and is a past President.

Corporate Secretary
Supervisor/Fire Investigator

Cristal has 20 years of experience as a full time firefighter with 13 of those being on the Fire Investigation Unit. She is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI), a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI), and a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) with immense experience as an expert witness for cause and origin cases. Cristal is a member of Metro Fire Investigations Training Association, an Origin and Cause and Fire Investigations instructor for a large municipality’s fire department. She has also completed numerous fire related schools and courses.

Corporate Director
IT Manager

Jake joined the Boise office of  Intermountain Claims in 1998 and provides on-site Information Technology Management services. He and his team are responsible for all Intermountain servers and their day-to-day functionality including ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and security. Jake’s team also maintains the company network infrastructure and interfaces with our clients.  Jake is readily available and provides valuable in-house expertise as well as support and assistance to our clients, examiners, and regional offices. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Boise State University.
